YASSSS I SURVIVED THE LAST 6 MONTHS

Was so hoping that my manager would forget that I had to do my

last performance appraisal but no such luck. 

Good thing it was better than last time,

maybe cos my care factor was zerrooo.

My colleagues be all: whatever she says don't worry, 

just brush it off and don't let it ruin your holiday

Manager: awww it's your last day with u-

Me: YESSSS! I'm so excited.

LOL

ended the appraisal with my manager asking me

if I had any questions for her or my educator or any advice 

I want from her, straight up NOOOOPE. I'm good thanks

HAHAHAHAHA  if anything you've taught me exactly 

what kind of leader NOT to be. thnxbutnothnx

Actually surprised that my CNC was annoyed at my manager&educator

for not saying/doing anything for my farewell. Then organised a last min afterwork get together

for me HAHAHAHA so cuuuuute, I swear. Of course the "get together" 

being a debrief about how asshole-ish the boss is.
Would have thought that as a clinical nurse consultant that her exp would be a little better

(hence my reluctance to rant about manager in front of CNC during my rotation)

but nah, she's just a dick to all

tl;dr we're all screwed over by said manager cos she's power tripping hard.

WELP. Here's to not having to deal with her ever again, hopefully.
