Mardi Gras- Police

So.... the police's use of excessive force over some guy has gone viral on youtube and also spamming up my ASKSquestions. I do appreciate you guise for sending questions unrelated to my personal life. (no sarcasm)
Anyways, on with it!
Reminder: this is my perspective and what I have to say about the topic. You have your own opinion (onya) but this is mine. So if you don't agree with it, I don't expect you to, just don't go bashing others for it. Live with it. harmony is not one hundred people saying the same thing, harmony is one hundred people still being able to respect each other despite saying one hundred different things

HERE GOES:
What I have to say is, shut your trap and watch the prequel first.
Seriously.
No joke.
Youtube.
NOWWWW.
An English person actually recorded what happened prior. Footage of the "victim" repeatedly kicking officers in the face and refusing arrest when police were trying to subdue him. I don't know about you but that's definitely not the way to go. Yet he still has the guts to keep asking what he did....
Pretty sure resisting arrest and ignoring police instructions are illegal, as much as physically assaulting an officer.
Even a bystander was shouting at him to, "settle down! You’re just making it worse for yourself"

No, I'm not saying that what the police did was 100% correct and faultless but he did in a way deserved it and had it coming... If I was being kicked or almost kicked in the face for doing my job then yeah I'd be pretty damn ticked off. Even the "victim" admitted he was being silly to have led up to police wanting to arrest him... the police were really just doing their job man. No gay hatred. Stop trying to blame it on "cos he's gay".

Yes, the police could have taken a different approach to handle the situation (despite how difficult the guy was being) since the guy was already in handcuffs and all. However, let me remind you, police are humans too. They make mistakes as well. And perhaps looking into policy and training change would be better than solely blaming the police.
I'm not trying to "suck up", I mean look at the controversial taser issue. It screams reform.
