Do you enjoy burning money in the air and making my dog shit herself?

I swear, my neighbours enjoy letting fireworks off on a weekly basis.
It's like they take turns doing it.
Just then the fireworks were going on for 10 minute straight. I'm not even talking about the crappy kind either. Pretty sure that was almost 1K right there. 90% sure it's illegal too. I remember because one New Years Eve everyone got a letter from the council reminding that there should be no fireworks going off in our particular suburb since there has been no registered license from anybody. Just LOL.

But seriously, there's no special occasion to account for the amount of fireworks and the amount of mess I have to clean after Scout cos she's shit scaredless of them.
The only thing stopping Scout from crapping her pants is that she's not wearing any.
