and I initially said no a few times cos ceebs all the meetings and responsibilities.

Then when I finally agree to do the acting consultant role,

I find out later that day that my manager had recently rejected 

a senior who was interested from doing the same role.

Went to workmates for advice and consensus was "she always gonna make drama regardless"
